Discipline is the edge. Everything else is noise.

I've been in the FX markets for over twenty years now, and teaching people how to trade for almost as long. Somewhere along the way I learned the hard way that strategy usually isn't the real problem — most traders already know enough to be profitable. What actually trips people up is who they become when a trade goes against them.

So that's what I focus on now. I trade gold and US indexes on ultra-low timeframes, where there's genuinely nowhere to hide, and I teach the same way. I've worked with well over 250,000 people at this point, in rooms from London to Dubai, and it's always the same lesson underneath it all.
